An Italian restaurant and bar concept by The Peasant Group. The existing building, located at 980 Piedmont Avenue in the Midtown Local Historic District in Atlanta, is believed to be originally built by the S. B. Turman & Company in 1910. This extensive interior and face restoration and renovation has brought new vitality to 10th & Piedmont.
The Elizabeth –
287 Elizabeth Street
The Elizabeth is a 3,500 square foot neighborhood retail center in Atlanta’s Inman Park neighborhood. This building is currently the home for the popular Savi Urban Market. This boutique development is finished with an attractive brick exterior and steel awnings. Its attractive design fits in perfectly with the foot traffic of the Inman Park neighborhood. The structure is steel with light gauge metal studs, storefront glass, TPO roof, and face brick.

Cablik Enterprises has completed the interior buildout of the new Rao Design Studio space on Juniper Street in Atlanta.
