Founder & President, Cablik Enterprises
Alan Cablik is the visionary founder and president of Cablik Enterprises, one of Atlanta’s most respected names in luxury custom homebuilding. A native Atlantan and a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology with a degree in Construction Management, Alan has spent more than two decades shaping the city’s modern residential landscape with homes defined by design excellence, quality craftsmanship, and enduring value.
Since founding Cablik Enterprises in 2002, Alan has led the company to become a trusted design-build firm specializing in bespoke residences tailored to the discerning homeowner. With a refined eye for architecture and an uncompromising standard of construction, Alan has developed an extensive portfolio of custom homes that span contemporary, transitional, and period-inspired styles. His approach is deeply collaborative, working closely with top architects, designers, and craftsmen to realize homes that are both visually striking and highly livable.

In addition to his contributions to Atlanta’s built environment, Alan is an active member of the Georgia Tech College of Design Advisory Board. In this role, he collaborates with the Dean and fellow board members comprising leaders from architecture, real estate development, design, and engineering to provide strategic insight that supports academic excellence, innovation, and industry alignment within the College of Design. His service helps bridge the gap between real-world practice and academic learning. shaping the curriculum and mentoring emerging design professionals. Alan is particularly passionate about inspiring the next generation of builders and architects to pursue excellence and sustainability in the built environment.
When he’s not on a job site or meeting with clients, Alan enjoys time at his family farm outside the city with his family. He is an avid road course racer, mountain biker, fitness enthusiast, and outdoorsman who finds inspiration in movement, nature, and travel.
